It is garbage, but it has happened before....

Zimmerman can't be tried for the same crime twice, but the "civil rights" charges could (and probably will) start up a whole new federal trial.

Given what complete POS people occupy the offices involved in making this kind of decision, I would say the chances are very good for another trial.
