They jusy went up $10 across the board on all uppers but still a deal. I bougt an upper for a buget build also and counld'nt be happier. Shoots great and quality upper for the price. Took me about 3 weeks to get
which is still not bad as ar stuff is getting harder to get.

Looks good. Why use offset sights with an eotech? Why not cowitness?

Looks good. Why use offset sights with an eotech? Why not cowitness?

I am near sighted , so with corrected vision I struggle with iron sights. If I am looking thru optics it worsens the problem, because you always are losing at least a little bit of light. Also the offset are new to the market and I thought they would be cool if some close range social work needed to be addressed. ( 30 rds of 30 caliber 220 grain bullets around a 1000fps would be devistating at close range not having to worry as much about over penetration ). Do you think I can update the front sight post with one of the night sight post designed for AR's? Also want to try a 2x to 4x magnified red dot sight to see if I like it and they would not work as well with a cowitness for me.

I have a SOTA upper that should ship in the next few days, I have been patiently waiting for close to a month now and expect to have it by next weekend. I will post some pics when it gets here and I get it all put together.

Just ordered a stainless upper. Hope to get it and my ODT lowers about the same time. If it performs like the one in the OP, then there will be others ordered.

I am patiently waiting on a stainless 6.8 upper to arrive. Ordered it about a month ago and checked this past week. They said it would be two more weeks.
