    Monroe has one that got me. Had to mail in $100.00. A month later I got a check back for the $100.00, with an explanation that the warning signs werent the proper distance. Checked further on it, evidently someone challenged them on it, and they had to return over $100,000.00

    I have actually sent a Certified letter to our management company, telling them to "**** Off"! Then I got elected to the board.     Many times I have tried to P.M. members that post something. You cant comment on the ad, and they don't answer P.M.'s It is pretty frustrating sometimes!

    Please change the default on lock thread from automatically locked to having to manually lock it while posting the thread. It seems that a lot of people don't know that they have to unlock comments!
