Thanks guys. I didn't know there was a smith at that pawn shop. Had forgotten there was one at Freedom Mill.
I used the guy that was next door to the dairy Queen.
I tend to use TC Bore Butter and burnish it in real good after cleaning as that is what I was told to do by the guy over in Stone Mountain when I purchased a kit to assemble nack in the 1980s. I has done the same with a gun oil and it seems to work about as well so long as you done a good job on...
I has cleaned them in the shower.
Once was chatting online and mentioned that I had a revolver soaking in hot water in the sink and some leftist got all bent out of shape, even when I explained it was cap n ball he still thought I was an idiot. I has used windex as the soap and cleaned them...
I has a Ruger SP101 with an issue and a 1917 that may has a bulged barrel I would like to find out if it is safe to shoot or does I need to have a new barrel affixed.
Anyone know of a good/decent smith in the Cumming GA area? The only one I have used took a long dern time to put a rail on a revolver and I dunno where he has moved to anyway.
I don't think that is a Joro spider. That looks more like this one. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argiope_aurantia
Instead of this one. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trichonephila_clavata
I literally watched one sneak in thru the sliding glass door one day. He walked across the stoop and slipped under the door into the track and was waiting for someone to open the door so he could slip in. I just happen to catch him in the process and caught him.
I do not understand why/how people do not understand this.
I do not like many of the laws BUT they are the law and I have no intention of going to jail over them at the moment. Things are subject to change at any time in this climate.
