Find a nice big jar and fill it w/ peeled boiled eggs (pierce them w/ a fork) and 5 sliced hot cherry peppers and a few Tuscan peppers. Squeeze them a bit and let the juice go in the jar.
Add White vinegar & water 50/50. (1/2 & 1/2)
Tsp of Tabasco
1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp of Pickling Spices...
Smoked in the Egg are also very yummy. Put them in a tin of butter and salt water and smoke @ 250 until they open then given them a few more minutes.
