There is nothing better than a hamburger or steak cooked in a cast iron skillet. For steaks I usually serum real good on both sides and then stick them in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. They come out juicy and slightly pink in the center. Yum, yum, yummy, delicious! Darn now I want to go to the grocery store and get a steak!

If you buy them new, be sure to season it first before cooking in it. The only other thing to remember is that you're giving the wife some heavy duty ammo to throw at you.....
