Another vote for the CM9 or CM40. Not much at all bigger than the Kahr.380. I carry a CM9 everyday and love it. Sometimes I put it in my pocket in a decent holster and it works just fine.
You just eliminated almost 100% of the Craigslist cars. The few others are snatched up by flippers that watch the ads 24/7. You can get lucky but it doesn't happen often. Look at some of the local Facebook ones where at least there is a chance you or someone you know, knows the seller. Or just...
The Canik pistols are freakin awesome. I have a few and love them more than just about any pistol I've ever had. Great shooters, reliable as hell, and easily the best bang for your buck that money can buy IMHO. There is an awesome writeup in one of this months gun rags actually. I fell in love...
I think it could actually be a pretty good idea. Obviously it won't be a range gun, but I can imagine it wouldn't take much to be able to shoot it pretty good. Hell almost all subcompacts are uncomfortable as hell to shoot compared to full size. Taurus is kind of like Crocs, everyone says they...
Pointless. Even if there were hard facts of this the lefty news wouldn't report it and the Dems would find another way to avert the sheep's attention to something else to make good law abiding citizens look bad. All the while both sides are taking our money claiming to be helping the country...
Just in case it is still available, for anyone who wants to know, I'm assuming this is a Talo edition Glock. All the ones I've seen look just like a Glock with a shiny black slide and the logo color filled gold.
Andy McKee (check out his drifting videos), Prince (most underrated ever IMO), Neal Schon (his Journey work was amazing), Nancy Wilson (IMO is the best female guitarist of all time because she could rock out or play really intricate folky stuff), Vince Gill (simply amazing, period. Next to...
First off I've always been a fan of 10mm but only ever shot it out of a Glock or an EAA and I am a huge .357 mag fan and I love that chest thump you get when firing them at the range. Well low and behold the guy next to me at the range had the tools with him to perform a test that I've always...
Kimber. I traded a gun I really wish I had back for one, then realized it is just a 1911 that really can't do anything a RIA can't do for a lot less money. Yeah it was a little prettier but that ain't worth that much extra money. Second most disappointed was an XD45. Lots of big fat lead but...
They would replace the grips and redo the gun if it were mine. It is absolutely NOT unreasonable at all to expect that you get exactly what you are paying for. If it were me, they'd fix it or have problems.
At least 200gr. If you are actually hunting bear then I would not suggest only a 10mm. I'd suggest 44 mag at minimum. Most use a 10mm as a sidearm backup in the woods, or for like handgun hunting smaller animals than bear. I guess you could, but I wouldn't.
Hunting you want at least 180 preferably 200. SD Most prefer 155 or 165 at blazing speed. Some even like the super fast 135. I prefer a good solid fast 165 for SD. All will get the job done if used correctly.
