    No it's been going on for several months. 3 days ago I got a "battery not charging" light came on and battery voltage dropped. I was able to get it home and I replaced the alternator. Noise is stiill there.

    No amp involved, factory radio with factory speakers. If this is a grounding issue. Are we talking about a ground problem from the radio to the frame?

    This is a factory radio and speakers. Nothing has changed. Vechile is 11 years old. It only seems to be coming from the rear speakers
