Spent a week in Sacrament a couple of months ago (work), weather was nice, but OMG the homeless encampments!! People living in old cars, patched to gather, tarp huts, old RVs, etc. lined the roads. I stopped at Walgreens on the way back to the hotel,, to get some bottled water. Really wanted a carry piece before I got back to the car. Druggies passed out on the sidewalk, one guy inside was casually stuffing his back pack with small electronics, then walked out the door, guy behind the checkout counter didn't even bother to yell at him. Sad

I've flown into and out of LAX several times for work.........that's some of the strangest sh*t you'll ever lay your eye on coming in and outa there.
