357 magnum cases won't fit

Maybe the spec allows for a little wiggle room in the rim size that the thousand year old lee die set doesn't? I've run into weirdness like that with lee sets before that's why I stopped being them.

There is always "Wiggle" room in machining specs!
this includes weapon chambers, ammunition dimensions, etc!
that's why some pistols have problems with some ammo and others run fine with the exact same ammo.
goo be the same with shell holders .

Take a look in your manual and see if the brass is out of spec. I have run into this with a number of different cases.

I checked both of my reloading manuals. Width oh rim is supposed to be 0.440" max and thickness is supposed to be 0.60"
Thickness is fine. Width of these 32 cases varies 12-18 thousandths over max.
