6 CD changer F-150

Guys I have a 2010 F150 with CD changer. Suddenly CD will not play or eject, error.
Open door to truck it starts to try to eject (hear it for 30 seconds or so).
ANy ideas?
Anyone know who repairs these or replaces CD changer only?

Mine was replaced under warranty when only a year old for same problem.

Thanks I may go to the Ford dealer , out of warranty.
