I have a Savage 17hmr and a Savage 22lr, both threaded and I am ready to purchase a can that can/will go on both of them. I have only found the AAC Element and The Liberty Kodiak. I would love to here some reviews/opinions on both of these. Thanks!

SilencerCo. Sparrow. I have Liberty Kodiak and love it, but the Sparrow breaks down to clean easier than any other. If you just going to use the can on rifles, then step up to a 223 can if you afford it - you now have a can for your AR and Savage rifles.

Not related to which one is better, but damn that girl from AAC is hot. Not sure of her name but she is in the chicks with guns thread.

She got glasses on and covered in Tattos? She doesnt work for AAC, she is just friends of the company. Shes actually a tattoo artist if its who I am thinking it is.

How much would a can really help on a 223 since it is such a high velocity round? I'm brand new at this too so I don't really know...just waiting on a stamp back myself

A can helps on 223 a lot actually. You still have a sonic crack, but its not as bad, Now if you load subsonics in a bolt action, well ... lets just say its hollyweird quiet.

And her name is Rachel IIRC, shes a pretty cool chick.
