I am not going to name anyone, but I recently picked up a rifle from someone on here that had a round in the chamber (unknowingly), in the box.

Who treats a never before seen gun as unloaded? (ok- technically, every gun). I'm not picking an argument, just saying the rules were broken by more than one person here.
