Allstate no-Help

My brother had his car break down, and he called ALLSTATE, to get help with their roadside assistance program.

After dealing with their "push 1 for this, push 2 for that...." system for 10 minutes, and finding NO OPTION for roadside assistance,

he got ahold of a person who told him that he can't get any help over the phone.

He's got to download the app and do it all himself from his smart phone.

USAA similar. USAA runs everything off APP now and through 3rd parties. Assumes you breakdown in area with great cell internet coverage.

State Farm is the worst. They don't even take care of their policy holders

Have had AAA for many years. Well worth the money(which isn’t really that much-get the upgraded too). Saved my a$$ many times.
Whomever you use will always take an hour and a half to get someone to you but it’s still a good deal.

We have State Farm and just got a letter letting us know they are dropping our construction loan because the builder hasn‘t gotten us a CO yet and our time is running out. But I blame the builder in this case. No reason a 1,000sq ft house should still be in work 14 months after starting

I dropped all state back in the late 80's for poor service and never went back.

I have state farm with downloaded app over 6 years, They've been amazing even when my truck got broke into. They covered no questions and reimbursed for stolen gear. 2 truck windows shattered covered, roadside covered.
