Anxiety

First, find out if it psychological or brain chemistry. Much of it is actually brain chemistry and has little to do with the


way you think or what's happening in your life. The good news is that it can very effectively be treated with medication. Get it right and it just brings you back to normal.
Hard for me to get meds correct…I have had genetic testing that says I am taking the correct ones…I thought doctor was going to give up on me
 
Big pharmas drugs are no solution. That just leads to a hell much worse than living with anxiety.

Anxiety is normal. Life is hard. Find your purpose, find meaning in life, always be working towards something.

Exercise is always great, but exercise solely for the intention to relieve anxiety isn't going to work. You'll have to find something you actually enjoy.

If you haven't already, read and listen to Jordan Peterson. His book 12 rules for life is a good start.
 
How do you deal with it?

I exercise, jog, eat well, sleep 7+hrs everyday…

I honestly can TRUELY SAY I felt better having a daily hang over and smoking a pack of Marlboro lights…
thats the nicotine and alcohol talking to you. They miss you. Find an AA meeting and tell them what you are doing to combat addiction......they might have some insight.
