I was able to learn the first lick of Foggy Mtn Breakdown last night off youtube. Only 634 licks left to learn for that song and I'll have it.
There is guy who makes keys up around LOWE'S, in BUFORD, he can make a mandolin, and banjo's really sing he is REAL GOOD,

I've played guitar for years and mandolin a good bit.
My uncle gave me a starter mandolin and banjo over the weekend and I've been having a blast. I haven't touched anything in 6 months or longer so my lil fingers are tore up from fretting this mandolin. Ha Ha
These damn banjo picks will tear up some fingers too!
