Any love or hate for the Keltec sub2k?

I have two gen 2 versions and wouldn't part with them for anything. My wife prefers it as a home defense weapon and I just think they are great to shoot. Super accurate in spite of the spongy trigger and more light and portable than just about anything. For something that shares mags with my Glocks, costs less than 400, weighs next to nothing, folds up and fits in the laptop compartment of most backpacks, and drives tacks... what's not to love??

Check out a little website called MCarbo. They have some great accessories for these things, including a trigger spring kit that makes a huge improvement.

I loved the Gen 1 and now love the Gen 2, I even use the 9mm in sort range 3 gun matches since its weight compared to a dressed AR is minimal, and a single point sling is easy to arrange, Sig Micro red dot and it prints 2" group at 27 meters using reloads, pretty good for a low priced PCC.

Big fan of this rifle.

Thanks to Labowski Labowski for the tip for finding one at a reasonable price.

But ya gotta remember that I'm a fan of pistol caliber carbines and this one fits the bill...and I don't even own a glock. Slim forearm is GREAT!

Fold this sucka in half and she'll fit in almost anywhere. 33rd glock mags run like a charm as do the 50rd drums.

There is a new manual of arms required for this platform but it is well worth learning. I'm becoming a big fan of Kel Tec and their wizardly ways of firearms...I would love to work in their R&D department because based on what they currently offer, the future is a great thing. They have some crazy stuff but I'm crazy like that...

Worked up a buffer tube cheek pad to make shooting 'er a little more pleasant but for goodness sake it's a 9mm as it is. PM for details.
You are welcome bud!!! I love the Keltecs too. We just picked up at SU16C while on vacation. Can't wait to shoot it.

Traded into a RDB, impressed by the production engineering and a really handy rifle. Who needs an SBR ? ;)

Love mine! I have the gen 1 all dressed up with the Red Lion stuff.
I spent more money dressing it than I did for the gun itself, but I've never regretted it.

There's a Burris red dot on top and an Israeli vertical folding grip up front, a TLR1 under the front sight and a single point sling. I did finally find the cushion thing for the spring area.

It reminds me a lot of one of those machine gun BB guns at the fair.
At 50 yards you can shoot a 3" bullseye right out of the target.

The fact that it takes Glock style magazines is a real plus.

I've seen this creation and it is indeedy "One spicy meatball" of a Sub 2K

Like my Gen2 a lot. Have it in a Go bag with my Glock 19 (I have the 19 version of the Sub2k), 5 loaded G19 mags, and 3 sticks of 33 rounders. Figure if something is going down I can grab that and feel pretty good.
