Any one familiar with these new Lithium marine batteries?

who knows... The people at Savage RV have been good about calling and keeping me in the loop. Apparently the thermister /thermostat and the led readout board went bad... maybe a fluke I guess the parts are on a rowboat though.

A lot of our electronic parts hit tariff snags. I think it’s starting to impact everything.

I have 2 used weekly in warm weather not at all in winter one left in the boat house is 70% After only 2 years one kept in the house still charges to 95% compared to most other batteries pretty decent. My wife caught one on fire with wrong charger it was spectacular the fire was blue for a good 30 seconds

Thats the kind of excitement I want to avoid!

I use a 48v electric outboards. Both are rigged with trojans or similar golfcart batteries. I get pretty good run times. I fish 200ac and usually all of it lol. I was in the business for a short time. The one or two lithiums we did were too quirky for me. That doesnt mean there arent good ones. I would say to look at what the bass pros are using. They will know what works. Weight is the real bonus i think.
Fish on

I use two 100ah Battleborn batteries, have had them for 6 years now. Have not had any issues with them. I highly recommend them, I have not run out of power on long weekend trips, three or four six to ten hour days on a single charge.

I went there yesterday. They only have 12v lithiums available and I need a 24v for space and weight. My biggest concern is charging lithiums. Seems thats where all the exciterment comes from if the battery is junk. I like the Battle Born and the Li Time so far. Holding out for "Prime days"111 to see if there are any deals before I pull the trigger.
