I asked the wife who also enjoys hunting and we'd be willing to take ya hunting. We hunt on public land around the Augusta area. I would never turn anybody down to get them in the woods and hopefully get another person hunting. Turkey hunting is tough though. My wife really enjoys deer hunting as do all four of our kids and it's a good way to teach your kids respect for firearms. This will be my wife's first year turkey hunting too. Gonna put her in a ground blind and teach her how to call.

Hello to everyone who reads this,
I'm a 26 y/o black female (people always assume I'm a white guy lol) looking to get into hunting. I really love shooting and would like to at least accompany someone on a hunt. I know that turkey season is coming up soon and would like to try or at least watch. I'm taking the hunter's education class in a couple of weeks and should have my license by the start of the season. If anyone is willing to allow me to accompany them or at least lead me in the right direction as far as other info to start hunting it would be greatly appreciated Thanks.

My wife might take issue with me going hunting with a 26 year old female (my wife doesn't hunt)! I wish you the very best of luck though and I applaud you getting into this awesome experience.
