Can you install railroad tracks with a ball peen hammer and a garden trowel?
Yep, but they are far from the best tools for the job.

Takes some good shooting with 223/556 but if you do your part then it'll work. I prefer something a bit more...like an AR-15 in 6.8 or 300.
