well...he was in for a knee replacement....AND after the procedure, a blood clot got loose, and hit his brain....I guess you can call it whatever you like....he's just dead

The reality is, we oftentimes might as well be treating ourselves. The medical industry has a well established record of suppressing effective treatments, that they don't profit from, while promoting toxic crap, that they DO profit from. While they admitedly do a lot of good, the industry is provably just as corrupt,incompetent, and self serving, as any other, from car dealers to the military industrial complex.
