The whole " ATF Approved" NFA / Non NFA thing is getting more convoluted and murky every week. Like now you shoulder your " Pistol Brace" ( that's still ****ing weak to me) but it has to be one certain brand of brace or some such ****. Then there's the soda can launching AR upper that wasn't NFA and then it was and then it wasn't again. Then there's the 14" Raptor grip 870s and 500s and so on and so forth. It's just turning plain silly.
Maybe all these devices and ATF approvals are positive signs. Maybe they're getting tired of enforcing dumb ****. It's kinda like the way the marijuana laws are going state by state. Yeah there's still a federal law about weed but the states don't seem to care and the feds don't seem to be interested in stopping them. Sure weed and NFA weapons are two very different things but my point is that the gubment looks kinda pathetic when they don't follow through . So MAYBE the NFA is kinda becoming obsolete . Or maybe all these work around devices are pathetic. On the third hand maybe they're genius. Who knows?
