Officer Reggie Robinson, 35, was shot in the face after responding to a report of drug sales activity in SW Atlanta. He is in Stable condition and the suspect, Frank Nance, was captured after a brief foot chase.

Just a "Thought" .. People with Warrant's and arrest records and on Parole.. "USUALLY" don't go to the Police Office without an Escort. So WHY do they think they will Go and "Turn in their Gun". That they probably would break probation for having in the first place?
