Auto paint shop in Atlanta rea

Other than MAACO, does anyone have FIRST HAND knowledge of an auto paint shop that does decent work?

I'm not looking for a custom, bling bling finish. Just need to paint an old vehicle to keep the rust from taking over once the original factory paint completely falls off.

Honestly, no. If you have a two car garage with space to work and you are willing to do a good job masking the thing up, you can do an at home paint job with a harbor freight purple gun and a single stage enamel better than you'd get at Maaco anyway.

What car and what condition is it in?

You only have a few options.
1. Maaco does decent work for the $$$.
2. All the Mexican fellers on FB marketplace
3. I know a real paint and body guy that does great work but he is located up in Ranger Ga. Near Calhoun/Adairsville area. He has painted 2 trucks for me and my Jeep soon as I can get the $$$$ to have it sprayed. PM me if you want his info.

What car and what condition is it in?

2001 Ford Excursion - some rust spots started to appear, the original clear coat or whatever they called it has peeled off, the original paint color mostly faded.

I've seen Excursions of similar age, talked to their owners, all of them have paint problems started when their vehicles hit 10 years.
