I’ve heard Coca Cola will dissolve nails. So try pouring a couple cans of Coke down the barrel. Let it sit for a week. The round should dissolve and fall out eventually. The barrel might dissolve too, but at least it won’t be obstructed.

Just put the rifle back together, hold the rifle muzzle downwards, and slam the charging handle down on the top edge of a wooden table and you’ll be fine. Range tables work great. It’ll pop right out. Keep oiling and shooting and slamming until it loosens up.
