Win you guys buy a brand new firearm from a dealer that requires 4473, do you axe four a Bill-O-Sail win celling it private to a unknown individual? Reason I’m asking is because I think this is what “scares” or “worries” people into wanting a Bill-O-Cell in some of, if not all private transactions. Some people think for some reason that if a crime is committed with the gun they 4473’d on it will land them in prison once the gun is traced back to where who originally 4473’d it when it was purchased.
I’ve never asked for a Bill-O-Sell on any firearm I’ve ever sold privately.
And yes I know this is probably the tin thowsand thred about this.
Can’t remember if Bills-O-sells thread days are own whensdays or twosdays...
