I hope I am posting this on the right spot, sorry if I am not I am new to this website. anyways, I am trading my .22 ar-15 for a 40 cal sig sauer p250 and how would I do a bill of sale for a trade? if someone would give me a link to a page where I would print it off that would be so helpful!
Thank you!

You don't have to do a bill of sale as long as the other party is old enough and legal to own a firearm. You could probably check georgiacarry.org for the documentation if that makes you more comfortable.

If you are afraid to trade with the guy , then don't. Otherwise, a bill of sale will do nothing to protect the buyer/ seller anyway. In Ga the bill of sale in whatever form it may take will only give you the seller's name, address, DOB, DL#, ect so you can stalk him and then later return to their home and rob them since you now know they own firearms and where they live.

There is no need to do a BOS, and the risk of giving your personal information to a private individual is not really worth the non-rewarding risk in my opinion.
