Does anyone have experience with a Browning T-Bolt? I was at the local pawn shop and they had one on the rack. I have never held or not sure if I had seen one. I knew about the concept of the straight pull and love my Swiss K31. This one is far from perfect but locked up well and barrel appeared to be good. I believe it is salt wood but I did not take the butt plate off to check. It is a very early model (T1) as it was Belgium made and has the aperture sight which was only made for the first 9 years of production. I do know they cost real money for a bolt action .22lr with only a 5 rd mag (larger mags came later in production). It has the walnut stock. I bought it as it is something that I have never owned. Pics to come. Should I mount a scope? (I am old and my eyesight is not what is used to be) I found testing on the newer remake and they bragged about how well they shot but I found little on the older models.

Cool guns and well-made, like everything with the buck head on it.

I've been hankering after one for a while now, to use as a suppressor host.
