Brunswick stew, pretty danged good!

I went back and added some more vinegar because I like it that way and once I got started it just kept growing.
Looks like I'll be freezing at least some of it...I might have gotten a little carried away.
palmettomoon 's grandmother knew what she was doing and you couldn't go wrong with this recipe.
I'm going to eat myself stupid shortly.

Absolutely delicious but now I know why my favorite BBQ joints charge so much for their stew, It's very labor intensive.

Man what memories. I remember my dad making it once, or twice a year. Cooked the whole hog head I remember him saying “Everything but the squeal”! Looks damn good palmettomoon
