My kids have me hooked on this stuff. Sear chicken, then pour sauce in. Jasmine rice or that Indian bread is all we’ve had with it so far. Got this sauce at Aldi.

Trying to find a good homemade sauce recipe if anyone is into this.
Well, the next step up is probably a chicken tikka masala sauce, which is basically the same but with a wee bit more kick.
It's a good sauce to make because it doesn't have any (many) weird hard-to-source spices.

I've had the microwave butter chicken and tikka masala dinners. They're pretty good!
