Don't know if it's close enough but Georgia Arms in Villa Rica carries powder projectiles etc.
Haven't been in a while so don't know what prices are .

I buy my powder from a cholo down the block , he drives a Monte Carlo and goes by the name of big easy... he will get you the good stuff

Just head on down Bankhead Highway until you get just inside 285, although I must admit when I worked in the HOOD never saw any powder but plenty of ammo, stolen guns and powdery substances in plastic baggies.
don't live on your side of town so can't help ya unless you want to travel south of the airport.
