I see very few 250 pound guys carrying .22 Berettas but im sure it happens. Just because you can or cant do something doesnt change the real effectiveness it only changes if you can or cant use it effectively for you.

Ok, look at it like this. Most women can manage the recoil of a 9mm right? Do you think most men can handle recoil better than most women? Taking into account muscle structure and weight differences.

Why would most men not want to shoot up to thier ability to handle unless you can only handle womens recoil?

The answer for what round is best varies from person to person. If a guy can't handle to recoil of a 10 mm or a 357sig he might as well have a pointy stick. The only thing that really matters is if you can put rounds on target with said caliber.
