Can you make biscuits from scratch?

I do not lol. I thought autocorrect got you bc all I've ever heard is cathead biscuits
Well I googled CATFISHHEAD biscuits and nothing comes up, even in Kenturkey
Some people call it either one because the biscuits are made by hand and not cut out with a round glass. Makes them oblong. Shape like a cat or catfish head

Gest whats they be called. Basically a bloob of dough instead of neatly formed and cut. Some of the best I've seen, Red Lobster makes.....
