Car will not start.

You can remove the starter and they will check it also.
As said most likely a dead battery. Even though it may have the juice to run electrical, it may not have the juice to start the motor.
If you have no way to test. Take the battery to a part store and have it tested. This cold weather we're having kills batteries.
If the battery test fine, check the alternator. Check for a broken belt, loose wires.
Could also be the stater solenoid. If battery and alt check out fine, check this solenoid. Not sure if it's on the starter or not on a 94. Check it for loose wiring and corrosion. One thing you can do is bridge the positive and negative sides together with a screw driver or wire, forcing the starter to turn. If the car starts this way, but not with turning the key, the starter soliniod is bad.

Would it happen to be that the car is not getting gas to start..maybe a bad fuel pump?
Check the ground strap from the engine to the chassis. Car would not have died while it was running if it was just the starter.
If it will not turn over then start with the battery!
OP said it would not turn over with a jump either
Then go to the starter
It still should turn over with the timing belt/chain broke, unless there is mechanical damage.
