I enjoy tinkering with my guns to make them better, smoothing triggers, rails, etc. If I replace the trigger pack as you did I'm still under $700. Seems worth the effort to take a chance on one. If it doesn't work, I'll stipple the pistol grip and sail it on here for $900.
Wow great price and love the wood.Have one and love have put a bunch of various ammo threw it and mostly surrpressed shooting it's holding up great. I snagged mine for $350 bucks with box and docs from my LGS. I put it in wood.
Also snagged a box of 15 mags for $53 bucks shipped on black Friday.
I say buy one you won't regret it.

Don’t sell em short .Look who's it is you can't afford it........
It’s a boatload more comfortable. That pad is for an AK but fits perfect . I feel almost zero recoil .What stock is that that you've got there?
