Nope. The 300aac WILL load and FIRE in a 5.56 chamber. Bullet setback allows it to load.

Will destroy the bolt carrier, the mag, and usually, the upper receiver.

AN ODT member did it 2 or 3 years ago.

did not know that, i have not and will not try. still could not have been 300 in 556. no way a 30 cal bullet makes it that far down a 22 cal barrel before it causes damage.
