Was bummed to see them sold out. I would like an AR since good Ak's are still stupid high

Hey, Check it out ... There are a few nice AR-15's posted on ODT that are almost as inexpensive and are a whole lot better equipt that the particular model of DPMS that they are advertising!

I've got to agree with Butshot and User 71. I own an Oracle, never had a misfire out of it. It's the most basic AR out there so it gives an entry level buyer the option to try out different build outs and see if the AR platform is for them. No need to drop $1,500 in an AR with the $500 model can suit your needs just fine.
I have one and the fit is great. Nothing Chinese about it, all mil-spec. It's one of the security forces training rifles brought back from Iraq. It was fired very little and is as accurate as I am. Runs like a watch. Love it and won't part with it for twice the price.
