I am guessing thats not going to happen. I dont anticipate the CMP selling these cheap,

Don't get overly excited. It authorizes a pilot program for 10,000 units. 90 days after the conclusion and pursuant to the report to the Secretary, the program may continue but not to exceed 10,000 units per calendar year. A LOT of neckbeard absorbtion is possible when you trickle out what amounts to 200 pistols per State per year.

I just got an email saying Obama signed the bill (I still find that one hard to believe), but it'll be a long time before they make it to us.
