CMP Visit Today

Well I have two SA's, one is a 1945 and the other an all original 1955, a 1944 WRA, and a 1955 all original HRA. I have to leave room for the prewar S&W revolvers I love so well. Mine are more collector than shooter since they sit in my safe most of the time. Not having a good outdoor range causes that.

So I have always wanted one for the history of them. A few friends have had them but didn't really understand what they had, or so they said. Who or How does someone talk to to find out more about them and what model they would be interested in owning? Cause I have no idea what WRA, IHA or SA means. Thanks,

SA = Springfield Armory
IHC = International Harvester Company
HRA = Harrington and Richardson
WRA = Winchester Repeating Arms

See i knew i just had to find the right guy! thanks. I plan on doing some research and picking me one out soon. If you were looking for a rifle to shoot and show off. But not one you would not want to take outside and shoot. which one would you buy? I am not looking to spend a fortune and not looking for a gold investment piece. More quality, shape and shoot-ability.
