What do you carry ??
I normally just stick my Taurus in my back pocket while wearing my camo crocs.
I have carried a SCCY CPX-2 at times with a shoulder holster....works pretty good as long as you keep your jacket closed (partially zipped at the bottom)....one of the problems with concealed carry wearing a shoulder holster is "stretching/reaching" for something with an open jacket or stepping outside into the wind and having the jacket open up....like a woman wearing a skirt/dress...you have to be mindful of the breeze so as to not "reveal" what’s underneath....
Also, I think a vertical holster is more desirable than horizontal....

I will sheepishly admit to briefly carrying a S&W 19 with a 2.5 inch barrel in a shoulder holster but only because it was a really nice rig (Bianchi maybe) and it was all I had.
I own a Dan Wesson 15-2 with a 6 inch VH barrel I bought from a friend who used to carry it in a shoulder holster when he had to do business in Atlanta at night.
That's a lot of revolver to try to hide under a light jacket.

I will occasionally slip my S&W model 60 into my Galco Miami Classic rig when wearing an appropriate jacket.
