I like everything about that plate of food. I personally like to fry my cabbage in the wok but I'll eat it any way it comes.
When you say "fry" do you mean submerge it in oil? Or just sauté it?
Fry as in stir fry. I slice it, put some raw sliced bacon in a wok to render fat, then cook the cabbage until it's al dente. While it's cooking I season with some garlic salt and cracked black pepper.
thats kinda how i cook it on the blackstone. bacon fat and a 1/4 stick of butter for the win
