Daily Dinner thread?

When you say "fry" do you mean submerge it in oil? Or just sauté it?
Fry as in stir fry. I slice it, put some raw sliced bacon in a wok to render fat, then cook the cabbage until it's al dente. While it's cooking I season with some garlic salt and cracked black pepper.

thats kinda how i cook it on the blackstone. bacon fat and a 1/4 stick of butter for the win
 
On our way back from Utah, we stopped in Kearney, NE. Went to Cunninghams and had some great wings. And all flats—just the way I like it.
