T Bones are ok but like bone in rib-eye. I like both but in my opinion I don’t like paying for something you can’t eat. Although a bone in Ribeye has less bone than a t bone, imho ribeyes are more flavorful.

I’m sure some remember buying whole loins having sliced bone in sirloins.don’t forget the round steak you asked butcher to cube and he lay that little round bone on top.you fry it and suck out the Mara
