Daily Dinner thread?

Grilled lamb loin chops, sautéed asparagus, and corn boiled with Cajun spice. Sam’s and Costco both carry these lamb chops. They are little lamb t-bones. Some Cavenders seasoning and grilled medium rare. Delish.

I bought some of those $1.79/lb pork loins from Kroger, chopped one up with my cleaver and mixed in some Legg's sausage seasoning.

These turned out well...texture is off from being chopped instead of ground, but this was an experiment before I buy a grinder.

Made some homemade biscuits and made a sausage, egg and cheese. Pretty damn good!
