Open faced beef sandwiches for lunch. Used Chuck Roast, and I was out of Provolone so I used Mozarella and Gouda. Au jus over the top. So good.

Dinner tonight crock pot Boston Butt with peppers/onions/carrots. Side of fried cabbage with S/P and cooked in some bacon grease, so good!
