Good Father’s Day meal steak, salad, shrimp and twice baked potato with my sons! Can’t beat that

We had ribeyes with a sweet tater it was good.

Pulled a 3.4lb bone-in ribeye off the RECTEQ at 125° internal, man it was good!

Also the meat hook is the thing I never knew I needed after 50 years. Been fighting spatulas and tongs for decades...the hook is the way to go!
