Pork loin, artichoke hearts, and a Vidalia onion!!

This is insane.

No binder, SPG, Meat Church Honey Hog. 275° in the oven until 145° internal, brushed sweet hickory BBQ sauce on it and then back in the oven for a few minutes at 325°.

One of the best pork chops I've ever had.

I was gonna smoke it but I had to leave the house and I'd rather leave the oven unattended than the smoker.

Those bone in pork loin roasts are delicious. They aren't easy to find. Costco had them in December but hasn't had them since then. I never see them in stores. I have one in the freezer I'm saving.
You're right, don't see them very often. I have another one in the freezer. That reminds me, I need to look at the label and see where I bought it from bc I don't remember but I want some more if I can get some!
