Smoked Texas Twinkies and pork chops.
Mixed it up this time and did half with brisket and the other half with chopped pork.
I usually use a bbq glaze but I changed that up too. Did half with the bbq and the other half with sweet Thai chili sauce.

Post dinner report, the brisket Twinkies are better than the pork. Nothing wrong with the pork I just think the cheeses compliment the beef better. The BBQ sauce ones where good as always but those Thai chili sauce ones are badass.
The cabbage was delicious. I'm trying to figure out how to make a Blooming Cabbage now.
Right? I was in a Hyvee grocery somewhere in Minnesota and they sold them packaged like that. Stole the idea for myself.

This but I use several different kinds of cheese in mine. Tonight was pepper jack and cheddar because that's what I had available.
