Ingles had spilt chicken on sale so I bought a few and fileted a couple and made stuffed chicken breast.
Marinated overnight in masala sauce and seasonings then added Italian sausage, Mozzarella and Colby Jack cheese, spinach, peppers&onions and a pat of butter.
Tented and baked at 425° for 45 minutes.
Served on rice with a few cheese sticks on the side.

Homemade cheese bread. So much easier than making biscuits. Also made a roast chicken this morning for today's lunch. I don't use that Oster very often but it makes a phenomenal chicken.
