I’ve had em all brother but 4 Roses has been my go to for awhile now. Damn fine whiskey for the $. IMO anyway.
My Wife usually gets some every year around the holidays. She didn't this year. I don't know if the store didn't have it or if it was just too expensive. I never had a taste for it myself.

Last night's dinner, spicy pho made with a deer shoulder.
Made an appetizer plate for "not" watching the big game.
Still on the eggroll kick so this time it's buffalo chicken and blue cheese rolls along with some fried pickles and jalapeño cheese bites.
The eggrolls came out fantastic and I will definitely be doing those again.
