Daily Dinner thread?

It was dang good...too much work though,
I think I'll just snack the rest of the week.
We have Mexican meat and chili for leftovers right now. So I can't alternate those every other day. Plus I just finished the chili dogs. Moderation. We had some great burritos the other night

Reuben sandwich. I bought some sliced pastrami from Costco. The Rye bread is from Aldi. It was delicious but the bread was a bit crumbly. I’ll definitely be getting more of the pastrami. It was very tasty.

One of my favorite things to eat. I love a good Reuben, I like mine with the dark pumpernickel.

I tried the new pretzel club from chick fil a today and it’s probably the best fast food sammich I’ve had in a long time. Want’a couple more to make sure.

I rarely eat fast food but I tried it too and it was really good. Damn commercial.

Agree !! Had one last weekend...enjoyed it.

Best beans/soup in the world. I ah e folks that save their hambones for me at Easter and Thanksgiving. Can’t believe someone would throw one away.
i used to throw all my bones away.... until the Insta-pot. Now I save every meaty bone no matter what from. InstaPot, one onion, usually a 1/2 pint of homemade stout and a little salt. Let cook few hours then strain into mason jars. I pour up short so they have room to freeze with a loose cap. Next day i tighten the cap and store in chest freeze. Makes excellent soups, stews.
